Why flag football
Flag football teaches the real game, passing, catching, running routes and reading the field, without the tackling. It's a great first sport and a great next step.
No tackling
Pull the flag to make the stop. Players learn the game safely and parents can relax on the sideline.
Everyone touches the ball
Small teams mean every player is involved on every play, not waiting on the bench.
A place for girls to play
Our girls division gives players a team of their own, alongside our co-ed division.
Official NFL FLAG rules
We play under the NFL FLAG program, the same format played by youth leagues across North America.
Age groups
Both the co-ed and girls divisions group players by age so games stay fair and fun.
Age groups are based on your player's age as of [cutoff date].
