One field, one day a week. Here's what a Sunday at Elevate looks like.
Before you arrive
Game times are posted in TeamLinkt once teams are set. Check the app each week, since times can shift.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your game to warm up and get flags on
- Games run about [length] minutes
- Check in with your coach when you arrive
What to bring
- Your team jersey
- Running shoes or cleats (no metal cleats)
- A full water bottle
- Layers. Spring Sundays in Calgary can go from sun to snow.
- Mouthguard, if required
Weather
We play in most conditions. Games stop for lightning and resume 30 minutes after the last strike. Cancellations are posted in TeamLinkt by [time] on game day.
On the sideline
Cheer for everyone, leave the coaching to coaches and the calls to referees. Our full expectations for players, parents and spectators are in our policies.
